Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership with daily tasks and ensure safe, efficient, customer-focused operations. Responsibilities include food service preparation, POS transactions, housekeeping, and general store upkeep.

You will engage customers with friendliness and professionalism, delivering an exceptional experience and upholding the Royal Farms standard of excellence. Must be at least 16 and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
• Preferred: Prior experience in food service and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
• Operate the register, process payments, and manage transactions in a friendly, accurate manner.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Restock products, check expirations, and maintain clean, organized shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of equipment and products.
• Follow safety, security, and SOPs; uphold Royal Farms brand standards.
