Job summary

University Volkswagen and Audi Seattle is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Service Drive team in Seattle, WA. The role involves assisting clients in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and supporting the service staff to close repair orders.

The ideal candidate requires no prior experience, with on-the-job training provided; high school diploma or GED and basic math skills are expected.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training available.
• Six months of experience in a customer-service related field is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and cash handling skills are required.
• Excellent conflict resolution and client management skills preferred.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to follow instructions with a positive attitude.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries, both over the phone and in person.
• Assist clients with appointment scheduling.
• Collects payment from clients using a variety of payment methods.
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Supports internal staff to ensure repair orders are properly closed out.
• Account for all business and close out deposits.
• Adhere to the service process and cashiering guide.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor with all clients.
• Utilize excellent judgement on when and who to refer clients to for more information.
• Complete and maintain factory certification and factory trainings as directed.
