Job summary

University Volkswagen and Audi Seattle is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Service Drive team in Seattle, WA. The role involves assisting clients in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and supporting the service staff to close repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries, both over the phone and in person.

• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Supports internal staff to ensure repair orders are properly closed out.
• Account for all business and close out deposits.
• Adhere to the service process and cashiering guide.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor with all clients.
• Utilize excellent judgement on when and who to refer clients to for more information.
• Complete and maintain factory certification and factory trainings as directed.

The successful candidate should have previous experience in customer service, developing client relationships, and have excellent follow-up. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the Service Manager and the rest of the Service Drive team.
