Holiday Depot is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate for a fast-paced seasonal run from September 1 to December 18, 2026, in Utah. The role emphasizes helping customers with estimates, scheduling installations, processing payments, and keeping the office organized while enjoying outdoor-season activities.

You will communicate via text and email, use Google Docs and Sheets, and collaborate with a small team. The position is full-time seasonal with weekends on some Saturdays.

About the Role:

We are one of the largest Christmas Light Installation companies in the country. We install lights on the roof lines and trees of both residential and commercial properties. It is a short and fast paced season running from September to December. Being a family run business, our team is close knit and consists primarily of outdoor enthusiasts and recreational guides. We value hard working individuals looking to fill out their year in a fun way and earn money for their various adventures or endeavors.

Position

Customer Service Associate

Wage

$16-18/hour + end season bonus ($2/hr hold back for new employees which comes as your end bonus.

Commitment

Seasonal, Full Time

September 1st, 2026- December 18th, 2026

Monday-Friday with flexible start/end time and 2-3 Saturdays through the season.
