Job summary

Window Genie is seeking a Holiday Lighting Senior Technician to lead a team installing permanent and seasonal lighting displays for residential and commercial customers. You will spend your days outdoors installing lights, working with ladders and equipment, and delivering five-star customer service during the peak season.

Training is provided and there is potential for continued work beyond holidays. Seasonal full-time and part-time hours with opportunities to learn additional services such as

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate ladders/equipment.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying weather; heights for roofs.
• Pass background check (criminal and driving).

Responsibilities

• Install professional lighting on homes and commercial properties.
• Safely work from ladders and on rooflines.
• Install, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain holiday lighting.
• Assist with light takedowns and organization after the season.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand.
• Work as part of a team and maintain tools/equipment.

Holiday Lighting Senior Technician

You'll spend your days outdoors installing lights, working with ladders and equipment, interacting with customers, and transforming homes and businesses for the holiday season.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and handle ladders and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Comfortable working on ladders/roofs and at heights
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check (criminal and driving)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience is helpful but not required. Relevant backgrounds may include:

• Holiday lighting installation
• Window film
• Pressure washing
• Roofing or gutter work
• Landscape lighting
• Painting
• Construction

Schedule / Location

• Seasonal full-time and part-time positions
• Approximately 40–50+ hours per week during peak holiday season
• Primarily Monday–Friday
• Saturdays and overtime may be available or required during peak periods
• Day shifts
• Local routes within our service area
• Additional hours may be available through window cleaning, pressure washing, and other services
• Opportunities may be available to continue working with our team after the holiday season
