Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc is seeking seasonal Britescape Holiday Lighting Installers to set up, maintain, and remove holiday lighting for residential and commercial properties in Seattle. You will work with a team to install displays and ensure customer satisfaction.

Position runs September through February. Pay is $25–$27 per hour DOE, with 8–10 hour days and OT availability. Start date: September 1, 2026. Training provided and safety protocols emphasized.

Qualifications

• No experience required; solid work ethic.
• Not afraid of heights and able to work outdoors.
• Able to follow instructions and work well with others.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work consistently.
• Good problem solving and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and remove holiday lighting displays at client properties.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (rain or shine).
• Load, unpack, and carry ladders and equipment; climb and work from ladders/roofs.
• Receive training on ladder safety and fall-restraint systems.
• Ensure safety of self and team while maintaining safety standards.

Overview:

A Britescape Holiday Lighting Technician is responsible for partnering with the Lead Holiday Lighting Technician for installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday lighting displays for various venues, such as commercial properties, public spaces, and private homes. This role involves a mix of technical skills, creative design, and customer service.

PAY:

• $25-27 DOE / hour (8-10 hours / day)


• OT Availability


• ***Start Date: September 1, 2026*** (This is a seasonal job running from September-February)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with a team of holiday lighting installers to set up, and take down lighting systems at client properties


• Working outside in the elements…rain or shine!


• Loading, unpacking, and carrying ladders/equipment


• Climbing and working from ladders as well as roofs


• Receiving full training on ladder safety and fall-restraint systems when on roofs


• Ensuring the safety of yourself and others on your team by maintaining safety standards


• Locating, reporting, and troubleshooting power issues related to lighting systems or lit decor


• Organizing lights, decorations, tools, inventory, and inventory within vehicles as well as warehouse


• Maintaining a positive attitude with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors
