Overview

Customer Service Associate at Wawa, Inc.

Join our team and help us put people first by greeting and serving customers as a friendly face that puts the ‘Wow’ in Wawa.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and more.

Compensation: The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. A $1.50 shift differential applies for hours worked between 12am - 6am.
