Job summary

ImpactLife seeks an Inventory Management and Distribution (IMD) Associate to manage blood product orders and shipments for hospital clients and during restocking to ImpactLife locations.

This full-time role involves working 30 to 39 hours per week, typically 2 pm to 10 pm, with a 4–5 day schedule and every-other weekend rotation. The position includes shift premiums and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in blood or pharmaceutical inventory management, hospital customer relations, or logistics is preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of customers and staff (paid and volunteer).
• Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a REAL ID
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles.
• Physical requirements include standing, sitting, and regular exertion such as reaching, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Job description

Our Inventory Management and Distribution (IMD) Associates communicate daily with our partner hospitals regarding blood product inventory and patient needs. Associates document orders and prepare shipments of life‑saving blood products for delivery to our hospital clients as well as emergency and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

This is a full‑time status working between 30 to 39 hours a week position working 4 to 5 days a week 2 pm to 10 pm with every other weekend rotation.

Associate responsibilities can include:
