Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Client Delivery Representative to ensure the timely delivery of blood products to hospital clients and other locations. This full-time role involves 30–39 hours per week, with Mon-Fri 10a–5p and on-call Thu and Sat 6a–6a; reporting to the office within 20 minutes of a call.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, loading vehicles, driving fleet vehicles, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused interaction with clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles.
• Physical requirements include sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Job description

Our Client Delivery Representatives are responsible for the delivery of life-saving blood products to our hospital clients as well as emergency deliveries and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

This is a full-time working 30 to 39 hours a week position working Mon-Fri 10a to 5 p, as well as on call Thu and Sat 6a to 6a. Must be able to report to office within 20 mins of receiving the call.

Client Delivery Responsibilities include:

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers
