Job summary

ImpactLife in Ottumwa, IA seeks a dedicated Client Delivery Representative (PRN) to deliver life-saving blood products to hospital clients, including emergency and restocking deliveries. You will support on-call rotations and ensure timely, safe deliveries.

This role requires a valid driver's license, REAL ID, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with an emphasis on clear communication and a service-oriented mindset. Competitive on-call pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles for prompt delivery to customers.
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner.

Our Client Delivery Representatives are responsible for the delivery of life‑saving blood products to our hospital clients as well as emergency deliveries and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.

This is a PRN position working 1-2 Days during the week (2-3 hours weekly) with on call Wednesday and a weekend on call rotation. A great job if you enjoy driving and having to work a couple days during the week. On‑Call requirements would require you to report to the office within 20 mins.

Client Delivery Responsibilities include:

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer‑focused manner with customers
