Responsibilities: The Customer Service Associate is responsible for handling incoming customer calls, including for new orders and issues with existing ones. This person will be very active on the phone with customers and also working within the ERP system to properly update orders and customer documentation. This is a high volume role that requires the person in it to be able to multitask and perform different functions at different times and whenever needed, as well as working as part of a team.
