Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of maintenance experience. Training certifications like PPE and LOTO may be required, with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• General plumbing, welding & fabrication, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Routine equipment maintenance.

• Knowledge of single and three-phase electrical power.
• Ability to work alone or as a team.
• Basic project management ability.
• Keep accurate work records and turn in paperwork daily or as required.
• Capable of completing tasks correctly while focusing on quality, service, and safety.

Belstra is in search of a self-motivated, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to work within our feed manufacturing facilities. Belstra Milling is committed to producing the highest quality, most nutritious feeds available. Additionally, as a proud certified Safe Feed/Safe Food facility, our manufacturing and quality assurance processes and standards exceed current industry regulations. The operator must work in compliance with all the company policies, local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Education and Experience:
