In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Assist in handling product returns and exchanges.
• Provide information on products, services, and promotions to customers.
• Ensure that customer interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism.
