We are seeking a full-time Customer Service and Patient Experience professional looking to grow in the post-acute care field.

This position allows professionals to practice and develop their leadership skills while overseeing the patient/guest experience and employee engagement. This is an entry-level healthcare management position that offers tremendous growth and national networking opportunities.

• Applicants who may be interested in enrolling in our national Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program to earn their licensure in nursing home administration (LNHA)
• Leaders who are creative, dynamic, and open to creative think-tank sessions to enhance customer service in the field of healthcare.

• Professionals who are open to working one of the full-time schedules below (we are flexible with days and times)
