Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Data & Process Analyst to support a fast-paced operation. You will investigate data discrepancies, evaluate processes, and identify root causes across multiple systems and reporting platforms.

The ideal candidate is curious, highly organized, and adept at solving complex problems by connecting information across departments. This contract role emphasizes data accuracy and reporting effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, business analysis, process improvement, or related role.
• Strong Excel skills with data manipulation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and patterns.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer service and operational data including orders, response times, service levels, case trends, and process performance.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to support decision-making.
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Investigate discrepancies and recurring issues across systems and reports.
• Trace data through workflows to determine root causes of issues and reconcile conflicting information.
• Document investigations, findings, actions, and recommended process improvements.
• Support creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and workflow documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline customer service operations.
• Assist with system enhancements, reporting projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
