Job Summary

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a key role in our client-first approach, helping individuals understand and manage their insurance coverage. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service, proactive communication, and accurate support. You’ll assist with policy inquiries, process changes, and guide clients through claims, all while maintaining detailed and organized records. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with insurance claims and policy changes.
• Explain policy coverage, limits, and options in clear, simple terms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with agents to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage and service.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred but not required. The selected candidate must obtain this license within 60 days of hire. All associated exam costs are covered by the agency.
