Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting our sales team, retaining customers, cross-selling opportunities, and generating referrals.

It is primarily phone-based and offers room to advance into leadership as we grow. Salary consists of a $50,000 base plus $10,000 in commission, for a total annual starting pay of $60,000.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
