SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our full-time team at the Cincinnati Airport location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, problem-solving, and thriving in a fast-paced environment while delivering a seamless rental experience.

As part of the Tom Wood Group, you will handle reservations, educate customers on terms, and ensure smooth vehicle processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process.
• Process reservations, modifications, and vehicle returns.
• Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and available upgrades.
• Conduct vehicle walk arounds before and after rentals to document vehicle condition.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

Location: SIXT Rent a Car - Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)

Pay: $17.00-$19.00/hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts

• Sunday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday-Monday (4-day workweek):
  • Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday & Monday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Monday-Friday: 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Compensation & Benefits
