SIXT Rent a Car, a proud member of the Tom Wood Group, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our full-time team at the Cincinnati Airport location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, problem‑solving, and thriving in a fast‑paced environment while delivering a seamless rental experience.

Availabilities include Sunday–Thursday and Friday–Monday shifts, with a Monday–Friday option for 1:30 PM–9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred (hospitality, retail, or automotive a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with professional, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with the rental process.
• Process reservations, modifications, and vehicle returns.
• Educate customers on rental terms, vehicle features, insurance options, and upgrades.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds before and after rentals to document condition.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicle availability and efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

Pay:$17.00–$19.00/hour(based on experience)

Available Shifts:

1. Sunday–Thursday:7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

2. Friday–Monday (4-day workweek):

   • Friday & Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

   • Sunday & Monday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

3. Monday–Friday:1:30 PM – 9:0 PM
