Job summary

Shield Healthcare is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Agent to assist our customers with telephone orders. The position is on-site in Carrollton, TX, with a set schedule Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends. No selling required.

You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, enter order information into CRM, process documentation requests, and meet monthly performance targets as set by Management.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer service calls (average 75 per shift).
• Resolve common customer concerns.

• Process documentation requests for initial orders, renewals, and addendums.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer order information into Customer Relationship Management database
• Process documentation requests for initial orders, renewals, and addendums
• Meet monthly performance expectations as assigned by Management
