Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Waudena Customer Service Representative to be the frontline ambassador for our customers. You will handle calls, emails, and chats, explaining product features in clear terms and working with internal teams to provide a consistent, high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of incoming calls, emails and web chat interactions.
• Identify and predict potential needs of each customer and communicate solutions empathetically.
• Aim for first call resolution on questions, quotes, and orders.
• Clearly communicate features and benefits of products and services in customer-friendly terms.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Navigate resources to solve problems and grow knowledge base.
• Cross-train to assist with quote requests and EQ orders.
• Negotiate prices to balance customer relationships and profitability.
• Learn and adhere to internal procedures for efficient service.
• Meet or exceed established metrics for quantity and quality.
• Support other departments during slow periods.
