Laundry Capital is hiring for a Part-time Customer Service Associate in Columbus, OH. This in-person role supports customers, handles wash and fold orders, and processes sales at the register in a fast-paced laundromat environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must communicate with customers and associates professionally.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation.
• Process retail purchases and wash-and-fold orders.
• Accurately operate the register or POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promote add-on items.
• Keep the store clean and stocked; report inventory or janitorial needs.
