Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Customer Advocate for a Top Healthcare Client in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, with on-site training followed by potential hybrid work arrangements.

Pay rate is $20.00/hour, with a temp-to-hire pathway and a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Strong data entry and Excel skills, plus excellent communication, are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
• Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
• Data entry and/or typing experience.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer proficiency a must! Especially Intermediate Excel skills.
• Be able to navigate between multiple programs simultaneously.
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision‑making skills.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Snapshot

• Pay rate is $20.00/hour
• Temp to hire
• Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00AM until 5:00PM
• Possibility of working Hybrid after completion of on-site training!
