Job summary

Halfords in Enfield is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician to carry out interim, full and major services, plus follow-up repairs. You will handle tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension as part of a busy Autocentre team.

The role offers a base salary of £32,500-£35,910 with on-target earnings up to £40,910, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £5,000 per year. Benefits include 5.6 weeks’ annual leave and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served experience.
• Must have a full driver's licence with no more than 9 points.
• Experience delivering interim, full and major services and relevant repair and replacement work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major vehicle services.
• Perform follow-up repairs and replacements (brakes, suspension, steering, tyres).
• Assist with diagnostics and maintenance tasks as required.
