Job summary

Discount Tire & Service Centers is looking for an enthusiastic automotive service advisor in Moreno Valley. You will combine your automotive knowledge with strong people skills to manage customer relationships and act as the liaison between technicians and customers.

Responsibilities include building loyalty, selling tire and repair services, and creating accurate estimates using electronic systems. You will also create a positive, energetic customer experience and uphold industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or repair is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation essential.
• Ability to explain estimates and services clearly to customers.
