Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. joins its Dealer Talent Network to service residential generators through an Authorized Channel Partner. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and basic repairs on Generac units at customer sites, ensuring safety, reliability, and high-quality support.

This role emphasizes customer service, hands-on wiring and maintenance tasks, and on-site work for home and small-business customers in a dynamic energy management environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
• Experience or ability to learn small engine repairs.
• Basic electrical knowledge helpful for diagnostics.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Generac generators.
• Change oil, filters, spark plugs and battery as needed.
• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting.
• Support installation with homeowners and commercial sites.

What you’ll do:

• Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting for customers generators.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Valid driver’s license.
