Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic office tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide product and service information and resolve product and service problems
• Communicate and coordinate repair appointments, rental cars, deductible payments, etc.
• Process payroll submissions to corporate, prepare deposits, reconcile vendor statements, monitor accounts receivable
• Fully understand and comprehend the phase of the repair process to relay to customer
