Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide product and service information and resolve problems.
• Coordinate repair appointments, rental cars, deductible payments, etc.
• Facilitate payroll submissions to corporate, prepare deposits, reconcile vendor statements, monitor accounts receivable.
• Understand repair process phase to relay to customer.
