Kadon Precision Machining is seeking a professional, organized Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Illinois. This role supports daily customer service and administrative operations in a busy manufacturing environment, helping ensure timely order processing and accurate records.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service within a high-volume manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with ERP systems or order management software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct as needed.
• Greet visitors and vendors and direct them appropriately.
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department.
• Assist with customer order entry and record maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries and routine requests.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, coworkers, and management by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare and maintain customer documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and quality departments as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Support front-office environment and team effort.
