Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a high-volume manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct to the right individuals or departments.
• Greet visitors, customers, and vendors and direct them appropriately.
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department.
• Assist with customer order entry, processing, and maintaining records.
• Respond to customer inquiries and routine requests.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person with customers and vendors.
