Job description

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly organized Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating outstanding customer experiences while also supporting our administrative and marketing functions. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.

Note: This position is ONSITE. Hours are Monday thru Friday from 7:30am-4pm.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering phones and greeting visitors at the door with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming customer service calls, addressing product-related inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to customer service emails received in the sales inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Track, submit, and monitor retail refunds, processing requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review E-commerce Direct Ship (DS) and BOPIS product categorization placement, ensuring products are correctly classified for optimal visibility and searchability.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to E-commerce products and orders, providing support and resolving issues as necessary.
  • Review orders after entry as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness, making any necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in proofing packaging and other marketing materials for accuracy and compliance with branding guidelines.
  • Manage responses to customer reviews on all platforms, maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.
  • Compile, list, and update Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and dropship details, specifications, images, and assets for E-commerce platforms.
  • Review product listings on E-Commerce dropship and BOPIS sites for accuracy, ensuring that product information is up-to-date and consistent.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred in Business/Administration.
  • Skills: 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Physical: Full use of all senses, including physical ability to sit, crouch, bend, reach, walk, climb and maneuver around racking/shelving, farm equipment.
  • Mental: Flexibility, time management, and ability to prioritize responsibilities. Must be willing and confident in selling environments including phone and face to face.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week, Monday thru Friday from 7:30am-4pm
