Vaco LA is working with a client in the Lighting Manufacturing industry who is seeking a qualified Customer Service/Account Manager to join their CS team. This position is located in Chatsworth, CA, and requires full in-office presence. The salary range is $65,000-$70,000 on a direct hire basis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain communication between customers and various departments.
2. Provide technical support to customers and agents.
3. Manage shipping, order status, pricing, and related inquiries for customers.
4. Require over 3 years of Customer/Account Management experience.
5. Experience in Manufacturing, preferably Lighting Manufacturing, is required.
6. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are necessary.
