Customer Service Account Manager full time

About the Role:

As a restaurant account manager, you’ll be reaching out to independent restaurants, building relationships with owners, and offering them our proven, no-cost menu solutions. This is an outbound sales position with pre-qualified leads, excellent training, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Compensation:

  • Base Pay: $5 USD per hour (24 hours/week)
  • Monthly Incentives: $120 to $360+ (uncapped, based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to new restaurant accounts (120+ calls per 6-hour shift)
  • Build rapport and present our free menu services to restaurant owners
  • Follow up via email (using provided templates) and phone to answer questions and to sign-up accounts
  • Meet and exceed performance and conversion goals

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of B2B cold calling or phone sales experience (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of account management or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Previous work-from-home experience is a plus
  • Must have a clear, neutral, or American accent
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to maintain energy and enthusiasm on calls
  • Comfortable using basic online tools (email, CRM, scripts)
