Job summary

Fisher Honda-Kia is seeking a proactive individual to enhance customer service and sales activities. You will set appointments for early trade opportunities and for selling Vehicle Service Contracts, and you will meet customers in the service drive to assist with their needs.

You will also arrange the purchase of a client’s current vehicle for the pre-owned operation and reach out to inactive customers to re-engage them.

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.
• Experience with call volume environments preferred.
• Experience with calling scripts preferred.
• Demonstrates a teachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer/typing skills required for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments with customers to discuss early trade opportunities.

We are looking for someone to help us be more successful servicing our existing customers at Fisher Honda-Kia!

• 1) Set appointments with our customers to possibly trade earlier
• 2) Set appointments for the sale of Vehicle Service Contracts
• 3) Meet with our customers in the service drive
• 4) Arrange the purchase of a client's current vehicle for our pre-owned operation
• 5) Retain the unexpected customers that we haven't seen since they initially purchased from us
• 6) Save our CSI standings by contacting those customers with pending mileage penalties
