Job summary

Complete Family Protection is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative who will primarily handle inbound calls to support the sales team and maintain customer satisfaction. The role focuses on retaining existing clients, cross-selling opportunities, and generating referrals to drive revenue, with potential for leadership as the company grows.

The position offers a base salary plus commissions, supports comprehensive insurance benefits, and a Mon–Fri schedule.

Qualifications

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Sales Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting our sales team in reaching their goals. Your main focus will be on retaining existing customers and identifying opportunities for cross‑selling, while also generating valuable referrals for the sales team. This position is primarily phone-based, interacting directly with customers. If you are confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with customers over the phone, you will excel in this role. Salary: $50,000

Commission: $10,000

Total Annual Starting Pay: $60,000
