Job summary

AccruePartners, based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an energetic inside sales/customer service professional. You will guide customers, place orders, and process shipments while building lasting relationships.

You will drive outbound sales, identify cross-sell opportunities, and balance customer needs with business priorities. A two-year track record in service or sales is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience.
• Strong communication and phone skills, with ability to build customer relationships.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and identifying sales opportunities.
• CRM or ERP experience is a plus; telesales or warehouse experience is also helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, helping them select products and place orders.
• Ensure orders are entered accurately, documented properly, and shipping method assigned.
• Strengthen customer relationships through responsive service and follow-through.
• Drive sales through outbound calls and relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns balancing needs and business priorities.

WHERE THE LOCATION IS

• Based at the company’s Charlotte, NC branch.
• Onsite role supporting daily branch operations and customer needs.
• Direct interaction with new and returning walk-in customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet the role’s physical requirements, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials up to 20 pounds.
