Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university.
• 1+ years related experience and/or training.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer service aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates productive customer interactions and responds to requests with urgency.
• Serve as subject matter expert on order lifecycle, inventory, pricing errors, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate orders with CSS Associates to ensure shipments from plants, warehouses and exchanges.
• Document customer information and cases in Salesforce for proactive, data-driven service.
• Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in training team members and in designing internal documentation.
