Job summary

Rachael Spoon - State Farm Agent in Oregon is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to support ongoing customer relationships and contribute to office growth. This role focuses on assisting the team with day-to-day activities that help the agency to better serve our customers.

You’ll communicate with existing customers regarding billing, claim and policy needs, review accounts, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications
