Job summary

This role focuses on assisting the team with day-to-day activities that help the agency better serve our customers, including billing, claims, policy needs, and account updates.

Qualifications

• Obtaining applicable state insurance licenses is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
• Assist and collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
