Moxie Pest Control in Phoenix (Priest & Broadway) is hiring a Customer Retention Specialist for a full-time, day-shift, in-person role. You’ll speak with customers considering canceling, understand their needs, and propose solutions to keep them on service.

The position pays $21/hour base plus $400–$1,000+ monthly commission, with paid training and full benefits. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered. You’ll build relationships, meet retention goals, and help customers find reasons to stay with Moxie.
