Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable making calls and discussing solutions with customers.
• Dependable and able to work independently in store and field environments.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50–300 pounds and operate company vehicle legally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Assist Customer Accounts Department with lease renewals and account support.
• Communicate benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Follow up with customers on account balances via calls and occasional field visits.
• Provide solutions to help customers manage their accounts.
• Maintain and update accurate customer information and records.
• Assist with revenue collection and protecting company assets.
• Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries 5–25 hours per week.
• Inspect, clean, and certify returned merchandise in QC Center.
• Assist with field activities and store operations as needed.
• Create a positive customer experience at every interaction.
