Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of call center sales experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of Spectrum products, especially mobile.

• Provide consultative solutions and strengthen product value.

• Present Spectrum’s full portfolio, emphasizing Spectrum Mobile, for retention and upsell.

• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs.
• Stay informed on competitor pricing and products to retain customers.
