Job summary

Intuit’s TurboTax business seeks to stop leakage by identifying customers most likely to defect and converting them into TurboTax Assisted offerings before they leave. You’ll sit at the center of a high-visibility, cross-functional mission team with mandate and runway to drive a strategic growth lever end-to-end — from segmentation and modeling through outbound execution and exec-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Strategy, growth marketing or customer lifecycle management background.
• Ability to translate models and scores into campaigns and outreach.
• Strong program management with proven cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional Defector Mission Team program management, cadence, milestones, and executive reporting across Data Science, Lifecycle/CRM, Outbound Sales, Product, and Finance.
• Define customer cohorts by defection driver and prioritize high-propensity segments for action.
• Build acquisition playbooks and lead scoring/segmentation aligned to data modeling frameworks.
• Partner with Marketing to align top-of-funnel leads with segment strategy.
• Operationalize daily defector propensity model and translate scores into outreach lists and test campaigns.
• Develop targeting to filter low-intent leads before reaching Sales and model MQL → SQL conversion.
