Responsibilities

• Assist with billing, claims-related questions, policy changes, and general service needs.
• Conduct proactive account reviews and help keep customer information and coverage current.
• Identify potential gaps in coverage and additional insurance needs.
• Recommend appropriate products through customer-focused conversations.
• Work toward established monthly in-book sales goals.
• Support customer retention through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, service activity, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with agency team members to meet service, retention, and growth objectives.
