This service-driven role includes identifying opportunities within the current book of business, assisting with policy questions, account updates, and claims-related needs, while aiming for coverage gaps and additional product recommendations where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers.
• Answer questions and explain policy, billing, and coverage information clearly.
• Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and account updates.
• Assist customers with claims questions and follow-up.
• Review customer accounts and help ensure coverage remains up to date.
• Identify potential coverage gaps and additional insurance needs.
• Introduce relevant products through needs-based conversations.
• Work toward established monthly in-book sales and retention goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation for customer interactions.
• Partner with the rest of the agency team to provide a consistent customer experience.
