Job summary

Arona Home Essentials in Moline, IL, seeks a Customer Retention Associate to enhance customer loyalty by guiding lease renewals and promoting timely payments. You will work with the Customer Accounts Department and field teams to support a seamless renewal process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliable follow-up, and accurate recordkeeping, with opportunities for growth through ongoing training and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to discuss benefits of timely lease payments.
• Experience with customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals.
• Counsel customers on benefits of timely renewal payments.
• Collect revenues and protect company assets.
• Contact customers who have not paid their Lease agreement(s).
• Contact customers over the phone and through field visits.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries up to 5-25 hours per week.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center.
• Assist in the field when necessary.

Job Duties

• Responsible for assisting the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals.
• Act as a customer counselor by discussing benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments.
• Collect Revenues and Protect Company Assets.
