Dover Corporation’s Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero in West Chester, OH seeks a Customer Returns Manager to lead the repairs and returns operation in a compliant, efficient manner.

You will drive scheduling, material/resource planning, and continuous improvement while coordinating with engineering, QA, and program management. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and budget adherence.

Formación

• Requires US person (US citizen or Green Card holder).
• Bachelor’s degree in business management related field with five (5) years of departmental management experience.
• Experience in the defense electronics industry is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in planning, directing, negotiating, coordinating product rework and return processes is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the repairs group to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Allocate resources and coordinate materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO requirements.
• Develop budgets and monitor departmental spending.
• Interface with customers to define work scope and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with program management and quality assurance to meet expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement via 5S and Kaizen.
• Lead and develop repairs group personnel.
