Job summary

Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH seeks a Customer Returns Manager to lead the repairs team. You will oversee repair, upgrade and retrofit of returns, apply lean practices, and ensure on-time delivery per contracts.

You will manage pricing, budgeting, and workforce development while ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO. Strong ERP experience and defense industry background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of departmental management experience in defense electronics.
• Experience supervising teams and managing repair/return processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex government contracts.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and budgeting capabilities.
• Experience with lean, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead repair, upgrade, and retrofit of warranty and non-warranty returns.
• Apply lean principles and manage departmental standards for cost, quality, and safety.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of customer returns per contracts.
• Develop efficiency metrics and monitor productivity and delivery.
• Coordinate material, labor, and equipment resources to meet requirements.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards.
• Manage pricing, budgeting, and cost reductions for the repairs group.
• Lead and develop repairs group personnel and maintain positive employee relations.
