Job summary

Dover Corporation is seeking a Customer Repairs Manager for Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero in West Chester, OH. You will lead the customer repairs team, drive lean improvements, and ensure on-time delivery of warranty and non-warranty returns.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience in defense electronics or related fields, strong cost control, and effective cross-functional collaboration with quality, engineering, and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of departmental management experience.
• Experience in the defense electronics industry is required.
• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident - Green Card Holder)
• Experience in planning, directing, negotiating, coordinating product rework and return processes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the repair, upgrade, and retrofit of warranty and non-warranty returned equipment.
• Applies lean principles, establishes standards for cost, waste, quality and safety.
• Ensures timely completion and delivery of customer returns per contracts.
• Coordinates material, labor and equipment resources to meet delivery and financial requirements.
• Manages budgeting and pricing for repairs and upgrades; analyzes cost variances.
