Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to support customers with everyday banking needs and build lasting relationships across our community branches.

You will handle deposits, account openings, servicing and closings, and daily transactions, while protecting customer information and adhering to procedures. The role emphasizes proactive service, solution finding, and teamwork to grow our customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years bank-related experience and/or training.
• Customer service and cash handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and protect all customer information, while adhering to confidentiality procedures.
• Cultivate and strengthen and maintain relationships with our customers.
• Serve customers' needs, understand how they bank, and identify opportunities.
• Perform deposit account opening, servicing and maintenance, account closings, and daily customer transactions.
• Perform Business Development to originate new business.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration with other departments.
• Be positive, professional and proactive in everyday interactions.
• Take the initiative to learn and grow professionally.
• Complete required training in a timely manner.
